Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. While I do not charge cancellation fees, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment whenever possible. Last-minute emergencies, illness, and unexpected circumstances are always understood. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate everyone on my schedule. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any communication (a no-call, no-show) will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and missed appointments without notice prevent other clients from receiving services. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business.
